MVP in a Day
Menu

Walk in at 9 with an idea. Walk out at 7 with a working MVP.

Spend one full day side by side with an experienced CTO. AI writes most of the code and the CTO decides what it writes. You leave with a real product on a real architecture, and every line, account and server is yours.

  1. Before

    Before we meet

We read everything you've sent, draft the spec and data model, and set up the project, so the day doesn't start from a blank page.

  2. 9:00

    Get clear

We walk through the draft spec together and get clear on what we're building first. Nothing is locked: plenty of days pivot by lunch.

  3. 10:30

    Foundations

Repo, database, sign-in and a deploy pipeline, all in your own accounts.

  4. 12:00

    The core feature(s)

What your users come to do, built and working.

In person? Working lunch is on us.

  5. 3:00

    Everything around it

Emails, payments, admin screens: whatever the spec calls for.

  6. 5:00

    Ship

Deployed and tested end to end.

  7. 6:00

    Handoff

A walkthrough of the code and a list of what comes next.

  8. 7:00

You leave with a working product.

A typical first day. The blocks move around depending on what you're building.

It's for about one founder in ten.

AI app builders have made it possible for non-technical founders to build real things. They still have limits, and so does anyone learning them for the first time. We talk to about 40 founders a month, and here's how they usually split.

  • 10 are building something simple enough for Lovable or Replit. We send them there and tell them to keep their money.

  • 15 are building something of average complexity. A few hours with a CTO here and there is all they need.

  • 11 are building something hard enough to need a CTO and a developer or two, often for a couple of months.

  • 4 are building something right at the edge of what AI can do. That's who this day is for.

Those four could probably build it themselves. It would take weeks or months, hundreds or thousands of dollars in AI tokens, a lot of headaches, and the result would likely be a mess. Or they could hire a dev shop and spend $10,000 to $60,000 or more.

Or they can spend one day with someone who has done this many times. See how the options compare.

What you leave with

None of the problems you hear about with vibe coding. A proper foundation, built with the expensive tools, by someone who knows how to use them.

How the day works, hour by hour

  • A working product at a real URL, not a demo
  • A proper architecture and a real database
  • Sign-in, email and the security basics done right
  • Code that a developer, or you, can keep building on
  • A written spec of what was built and what's next
  • Everything in your name: code, accounts, tools and hosting

“As a non-technical founder, I built my prototype with Claude Code but my backend was all wrong. During the MVP In A Day session, Igor not only built out a structurally sound backend, but also taught me about the architecture along the way.”

Three ways to book a day

Full pricing and details

MVP in a Day

Founders who haven't started building, or are very early.

$3,000

Architecture Review

Founders who are already building and suspect the foundation is wrong.

$3,000

Follow-on day

Anyone who has done an MVP in a Day or an Architecture Review.

$2,000

Why does the first day cost more? Because the work starts before 9am: we read everything you've sent, draft the spec and data model, and set up the project before we meet. Follow-on days don't need that prep.

Find out if you're one of the four.

If you already know you're a fit, apply and we'll schedule your day. If you're not sure, talk to us first. If we're not the right answer, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
